Serving at Bethel is a blessing and I am thankful to God for keeping us over the past year. As we look forward to 2026, I rejoice in expectancy of what God has in store for us as we celebrate twenty-two years as a church. The Sunday School department has seen growth and God has sent families from near and far. During our Annual Church Without Walls, we saw families joining us with their children. I am thankful to God for how he has been providing for us. God has used children to encourage parents to attend our worship and it shows how intentional God is. He promises to add to the church as he sees fit and I am confident that as we step into 2026, in the fight together, the Lord will continue to provide for us as a church. Sixteen years ago, I joined the battle field at Bethel and in this our twenty second year I am still determined to remain in the fight. I am grateful to God that He has planted me firmly on fertile soil at Bethel and so let us join hands and keep our eyes on Christ. 1 Timothy 6:12 (NLT)reminds us to “Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.” We made the commitment to join the battle field and as we move forward, we will continue to hold tight to God’s hand.
