Inventory
Control: each inventory record is tied to an Inventory Date. Enter the physical count for that date; prior dated counts should remain available for historical review in the production database.

Start with the inventory date, then add food items one at a time. Select the category, food item, quantity, and whether the item is loose, boxed, cased, bagged, canned, or packaged.

Finance - In-Kind Food Support
Track donated food received by source, pounds, and fair value. Feeding Westchester is the primary source; GreenThumb is tracked as a Feeding Westchester program/funding designation, not as a separate donor.
Historical Monthly Donation Summary
This section updates from donation records entered manually or created from a copied invoice. Feeding Westchester totals include GreenThumb as a program subtotal, not as a separate donor. Historical invoices already supplied have been loaded for July and August 2026. Driscoll Foods invoice 285779 is treated as one two-page Hispanic Federation/Association delivery.
