This screen reads the existing Bethel ERP tenant and contract records directly. Invoices, receipts and general-ledger postings continue through the ERP accounting workflow. No accounting entries are created by this screen.
Expired leases can be renewed as separate drafts by the authorized pastor. Signed agreements and activation continue through the ERP approval workflow. Original contracts and accounting entries remain preserved.
